I founded the New Millennium Leader Academy to help people liberate the leader within them - to live freely from their higher potentials.

 

The Academy is a love-filled space where wisdom-informed knowledge and positive energy can be accessed and magnified.

 

Why New Millennium Leadership?

The world is calling for a more humane, soulful and transformative experience of leadership. 

The Academy helps you live and lead in healthier, more soulful, and more enriching ways.

Most personal and leadership development programs are either based on old-world paradigms (which limit leadership potential) or new-age rhetoric (often too far from reality to be applied).

The Academy is deeply soulful and highly pragmatic. Taking into account both the world as it is and the world as it can be, the Academy enlivens and empowers you to participate in co-creating a new paradigm of leadership and living.

How does the Academy work?

  • Participants register for Self-Authoring which provides you with an opportunity to identify and overcome current limitations to fuller Self-expression in every area of your life. In this series, you build the foundations and learn skills and methodologies.
  • Self-Authering is a self-paced experience with opportunity for support in our Community, where you will receive live monthly group sessions with Alison.
  • Join the Community!
  • Each aspect of your experience is accessed on an easy-to-navigate, member-only site.  
  • Unique video immersions are complemented by reflection activities, guided meditations, workbooks and occasional live sessions.

How does the academy work?

Participants register for Self-Authoring (The Academy's  foundation series).  Self-Authoring provides you with an opportunity to identify and overcome current limitations to fuller Self-expression in every area of your life.   In this series, you build the foundations and learn skills and methodologies necessary for ongoing Self-Transformation.    

  • After completing  the foundation series you are invited to participate in Self-Transforming.
  • Self-Transforming provides an ongoing interactive experience with Alison, where she creates experiences and opportunities based on questions asked by participants and provides guidance on how to apply insights and material within your unique context.
  • Each aspect of your experience is accessed on an easy to navigate, member-only site.  
  • Unique video immersions are complemented by reflection activities, guided meditations, workbooks and occasional live sessions.

Participants in Self-Transforming receive access to exclusive in person and online events. For more information and to preview the curriculum, explore further, below.

Is the academy right for me?

 
 

It's a perfect fit for those who are delighted by deep and generative reflection. You are on a mission to live from your greater potentials and, in doing so, bring positive influence to the world around you. 

You do NOT need to be in a formal leadership role to join the program.  A fundamental understanding of New Millennium Leadership is that everyone can awaken and live their self-leadership potential in their unique context.

Generally participants are likely to identify with one of the below.

The Academy exists to help you to connect with and express inherent leadership qualities and attributes in a way that is unique to you and your context. 

It recognises that self-realisation is an individual process, (not a formula) that is made meaningful and also influenced by the context of your broader environments and relationships. 

An antithesis to leader-or human-as-dominator world views.

The Academy appreciates that engagement with soulful leadership qualities allows us to return to wholeness.  This wholeness supports greater health in ourselves and in the systems we are part of—our organisations, communities, and families.
