Audio and video immersions, plus written reflection exercises, are all available in one easy‑to‑navigate space so you can engage with the work in the way that works for you.

Reflection Journals and  Guidebook

All your experiences, worksheets and exercises can be printed and bound into a guidebook or kept digitally.

Beautiful reflection journals for some aspects of your work lay out methods in a visually delightful and easy to digest manner.  We are committed to making our materials and experiences accessible and inclusive.

Live Workshops and Events

All Transformation and Momentum Academy members have complimentary access to monthly group workshops.

These sessions deepen your experience of New Millennium Leadership and Self‑Authoring through guided reflections, Q&A, and live transformative practices.

Recordings are available to watch anytime (except for occasional sessions that require a higher level of confidentiality).

The Community

  • Participants who have registered for Self-Authoring (at any level of membership) will receive one/year free Community access.

Contextual and emergent

Beyond the core curriculum, additional content is emergent and co‑created through participants' questions and needs, and our wider, ever‑changing context.

You can cycle through the core curriculum as many times as you like. Because the content is continually updated and you are continually evolving, the experience feels new each time you return.

You can learn alongside others through the New Millennium Leader Community, or, if you prefer a quieter path, you can pose questions to Alison directly within the online experience and receive new content in response.

Co-Creative

Ongoing interaction allows for a live exchange of insights and ideas, so you receive the support you need to move forward.

The Community offers inspiration and gentle, supportive accountability to the commitments you’ve made to yourself, without pressure or performance.

For the past 30 years, I’ve been learning, exploring, practising, and serving as a guide in personal and collective evolution: walking closely alongside individuals through profound transformation; supporting social change in extreme contexts of systemic oppression and exclusion; and working with boards and senior teams as they reshape large organisations.

I’ve worked with thousands of individuals and leaders, and hundreds of teams and organisations across six continents. Much of that has been with founders in high‑growth and transition phases, and with C‑suite leaders in high‑stakes systems such as finance and energy, as they navigate complexity and steward their organisations toward more purposeful, healthy influence and contribution.

My own life has been a long practice of self‑authoring: seeing and unwinding inherited patterns, listening for my living essence, and letting that inform how I work, relate, and lead. The Academy is one expression of that practice.

Years of deep meditation and spiritual practice have refined my capacity to perceive and work with the underlying energy and patterns that move underneath words, choices, relationships and strategies – including how the implicate order of things invisibly yet powerfully shapes explicate outcomes. Our work together pays attention to that deeper order, so the shifts you make are aligned with the living essence that seeks to move through your life and leadership.

Although I’m often sought out by people in influential leadership positions, the knowledge I share is not meant only for those in formal power. In many cases, they are the most constrained by the very systems they are trying to change. We all have the capacity to lead in our own lives and to influence the systems we are part of in healthier, more conscious ways.

As your guide, I am committed to a particular quality of space: a balance of love and challenge. You can expect a graceful synthesis of compassion and conviction, vision and practicality, candour and humour. I won’t collude with your smallest patterns, and I won’t rush your unfolding.
