The Academy
Access to Self-Authoring materials, experiences and methods through The Academy online. You;ll have access to our community where new content and experiences are provided based on participant questions, dilemmas and insights. Audio, Video, and written reflection exercises are all available for easy access and interaction.
Reflection Journals and Guidebook
All your experiences, worksheets and exercises can be printed and bound into a guidebook or kept digitally.
Beautiful reflection journals for some aspects of your work lay out methods in a visually delightful and easy to digest manner. We are committed to making our materials and experiences accessible and inclusive.
Live Workshops and Events
All Academy members have complimentary access to monthly group workshops. These workshops deepen your experience and understanding of New Millennium Leader content and include guided reflections, Q&A sessions and transformative experiences. Workshop recordings are available to watch anytime, except for occasional workshops that require a deeper level of confidentiality.

The Community
Access to the New Millennium Leader community supports you to connect, share and grow alongside others who are choosing to live and lead with soul. The community is designed to support you with inspiration, connection and accountability.
- Participants who have registered for Self-Authoring will receive one/year free Community access.
- Participants who have registered for Redefining Leadership will receive three months Community access.
- Every participant in the community will receive access to join Alison's quarterly New Millennium Leader masterclasses (worth $150 USD per masterclass)

In Reimagining Leadership, you'll have an opportunity to understand your current approach to self-leadership, including its benefits and limitations. You'll gain insights and create a vision to evolve your leadership approach, bringing you closer to your authentic Self and providing u to lead with greater clarity and joy.
You'll also gain one month's complimentary access to the New Millennium Leader Community.
After completing Reimagining Leadership and realising you'd love to deepen your Academy experience, the investment you have made in Reimagining Leadership can be deducted from your Foundation, Transformation or Momentum membership.

The Self-Authoring curriculum is a curated selection of the most effective and transformative approaches, methods, and insights to help you self-realise and live your truth and potential. In essence, the core curriculum provides access to leading-edge and ageless wisdom approaches and experiences to support your self-realisation, leadership, and ability to positively influence the systems you are part of.
Contextual and emergent
Beyond the core curriculum, additional content is emergent and co-created through participant questions, needs, and our broader, ever-changing context. You can learn with others through the New Millennium Leader Community, or you can pose questions to Alison within the online experience.
Co-Creative
Ongoing interaction supports exchange of insights and ideas to ensure you receive the support you need to move forward. The Community provides inspiration and supportive accountability to the commitments you have made to yourself.
Self-paced and continually refreshed
The experience is self-paced (with guidance on how to pace yourself to receive the benefits). It is recommended to complete the core curriculum in 6-12 months. You can cycle through the core curriculum as many times as you like - as it is continually updated and as you are continually growing - the experience is new each time.
Lifetime Access
Lifetime means for as long as The Academy and Self-Authoring is available (for the foreseeable future). The opportunity is for Self-Authoring to become an ongoing support for your evolution - potentially for many years. The content (and newly released content) can continue to support your evolution through a range of life phases.
