A guided team experience where you:

  • Become more effective as you elevate the positive difference you collectively make in your community, organisation and world

Online materials to support your experience


All your experiences, worksheets and exercises can be printed and bound into a guidebook or kept digitally.

Beautiful reflection journals for some aspects of your work lay out methods in a visually delightful and easy to digest manner.  We are committed to making our materials and experiences accessible and inclusive.

7 educational and interactive live workshops over 9 months


You'll experience 6 educational and interactive workshops (one each month) with Alison Cameron to support your team's work in the first 6 months of the experience.

Between workshops, you'll apply what you have learnt and explore other online learning experiences as a team.

By the end of 6 months, you'll have evolved your ways of thinking, feeling, being and working together to become a team powerhouse, transforming how you collaborate and innovate and empowering your collective impact.

From month 6-9 you'll embedding your learnings as a team. A final workshop in month 9 helps you continue to elevate and sustain your impact, and you'll have access to the Self-Authoring community for 12 months, with the option of an ongoing subscription.

The Community

Access to the New Millennium Leader community helps you connect, share, and grow alongside others who choose to live and lead with soul. The community is designed to support you with inspiration, connection and accountability.

  • Participants who have registered for Self-Authoring will receive one year complimentary Community access.
  • Every participant in the community will receive access to join Alison's quarterly New Millennium Leader masterclasses (worth minimum $150 USD per masterclass)

I have dedicated the last 30 years of my life to learning, exploring, practising, and guiding personal and collective evolution and transformation.  From guiding individuals on their unique pathway to leading social transformation in developing nations to working with boards and guiding transformations of large corporations, I have been deeply committed to my own evolutionary pathway and to supporting the pathways of others. You can learn more about my story here.
