The Academy experience has been created to be flexible and accessible to people with full lives. We have enough pressures as human beings these days and the intention is that the experience is empowering and nourishing.
As you will have access for as long as the Academy is available (for the foreseeable future) - you can work through the experience in your own timing with as much or as little time commitment as you perceive is right for you.
To gain the most from the experience we recommend putting aside about an hour a week to immerse yourself and a couple of 10–20-minute slots each day to adopt some of the practices.
These practices are designed to help you be more effective and experience greater flow.
We recommend that people take around 6-12 months to work through the core experience of Self-Authoring. As content is continually updated, you can cycle through the experience as many times as you like, gaining new energy and insight.
Do I need to attend live workshops?
There is no need to attend live sessions and workshops as the recordings will be available to rewatch in The Community. It is encouraged for you to join the workshops if you would like to ask Alison a question in real time.
Live sessions & Workshops are an add-on option to support you with your journey through The Academy. The curriculum is designed to be fully self-paced.
Will live workshops be recorded?
Yes, live workshops will be recorded and available to Leaders in The Community to rewatch. If a session is not recorded this is to respect confidentiality of the content shared and as attendees request.
Is The Academy accessible?
We are committed to creating an inclusive experience and have ensured we have full transcripts for all audio and video content.

Is there interaction with other participants?
Shared learning can either be experienced indirectly (if you prefer to remain anonymous) or more directly through The New Millennium Leader Community. If you choose not to participate in The Community, you can access new content and ask Alison questions directly through the online program.
What are the dates for the monthly workshops?
The monthly workshops are scheduled for every 20th of each month at 6pm AEST time, beginning on 20 April 2026.
