Alison works with leaders to align their power, thought and actions towards co-creating emancipatory, humane and sustainable futures.

Her work with leaders in the areas of business, politics, the environment, social justice, spirituality and at the intersection of all of these has supported the recalibration of cultures and the creation of sustainable innovations and products.

Alison is a guide, mentor, and leader of leaders, supporting accomplished leaders to express their purpose and live from their truth.

Having worked in the fields of leadership and social transformation for over 25 years as a leader, practitioner, educator, and researcher - her in-depth practical application across a variety of cultures, businesses and five continents, brings exceptional experience to those she works with.

Alison is a pragmatic visionary. Her unique multi-systemic approach has been successfully applied across a range of contexts from social transformation in human rights and the environment to operating at the highest levels of business.

She has worked with a range of complex global businesses across a variety of industries, in particular technology, finance and energy.

Alison has personally led multi-million dollar programs, working with boards and leadership teams on strategy and innovation.

As a speaker, Alison has shared the stage with world luminaries and fortune 500 CEO's.

As a leadership advisor and educator she has guided 1000's of leaders in actualising more of their potential.

She is the author of the book Leadership for the New Millennium and numerous articles on leadership, culture and social transformation.

Alison's purpose in helping to create a more enlightened world has been unwavering and informs all her life decisions.

While Alison works globally, her primary residence is a mountain abode in a lush valley on unceded Yugumbeh country, Australia.
